Scrum Master
- Guide teams in the adoption and implementation of Agile/Scrum practices with a strong focus on eCommerce and omnichannel delivery
- Develop and maintain project roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer expectations
- Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and other agile ceremonies
- Manage project scope, timelines, dependencies, and resource allocation across multiple workstreams
- Ensure quality deliverables through effective coordination of development, testing, and deployment phases
- Proactively identify risks, issues, and blockers—developing mitigation plans to minimize delivery impact
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability within the team
- Facilitate technical discussions and decision-making processes when needed
Profile
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelors in Engineering or Business related field
- 5+ years experience in working with large distributed IT teams practicing agile principles.
- 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in software development environments
- Experience working on eCommerce and/or omnichannel projects, ideally in a fast-paced digital setting
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification
- Proven experience managing distributed or offshore teams across different time zones
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks, team dynamics, and servant leadership
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in the retail, digital commerce, or consumer experience domain
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, or similar project management platforms
- Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS) and modern architecture principles
