About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Blockchain Engineer to help build and scale a major financial institution-backed stable coin project. You'll be working on critical smart contract development, protocol design, and system architecture that powers our DApp. 

This role offers the opportunity to work on DeFi technology that bridges traditional finance with decentralized ecosystems.



Key Responsibilities
  • You'll architect and develop high-performance smart contracts in Rust for the Solana blockchain, focusing on our stablecoin minting, redemption, and collateral management systems. 
  • You'll design and implement secure, scalable protocols for stablecoin operations including price oracles, liquidation mechanisms, and treasury management. 
  • Working closely with our security team, you'll conduct thorough code reviews and participate in smart contract audits to ensure the highest standards of security. 
  • You'll optimize transaction throughput and minimize costs while maintaining the stability and reliability of our on-chain programs. 
  • You'll also collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, frontend, and DevOps to integrate blockchain functionality into our broader platform.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a closely related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Rust programming with at least 2 years of production experience. 
  • Hands-on experience developing and deploying smart contracts on Solana, with deep understanding of the Solana runtime, Account model, and program architecture. 
  • Solid grasp of blockchain fundamentals including consensus mechanisms, cryptography, and distributed systems. 
  • Experience with Anchor framework and Solana program testing tools.
  • Strong understanding of DeFi primitives such as AMMs, lending protocols, and stablecoin mechanisms. Demonstrated ability to write secure, gas-optimized code with attention to edge cases and attack vectors. Experience with version control (Git) and collaborative development workflows.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience working on stablecoin projects or algorithmic/collateralized stablecoin mechanisms. 
  • Familiarity with other blockchain ecosystems such as Ethereum, Cosmos, or Move-based chains. 
  • Experience with smart contract security audits and formal verification. Knowledge of oracle systems and price feed integrations. 
  • Contributions to open-source blockchain projects. Understanding of regulatory considerations for stablecoin operations. 
  • Experience with monitoring, alerting, and incident response for blockchain systems.
