• Provide functional and technical support for supply chain management processes, including general knowledge of supply chain notions such as Distribution, Allocations, Demand Management, Forecasting, Pricing, and Replenishment.
• Utilize and manage Opcon scheduler, ETL processes, SQL databases, and BLOB management to support supply chain operations.
• Handle incident management, perform root cause analysis, and ensure user proximity to address and resolve issues promptly.
• Manage problem management processes and follow up on action plans to ensure continuous improvement and issue resolution.
• Escalate issues as necessary to ensure timely resolution and maintain service levels.
• Collaborate closely with users to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.
• Maintain and improve the overall performance and reliability of supply chain applications.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, IT, or other related degrees
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Anaplan model building
• General Knowledge in Supply Chain notions:
  • Distribution, Allocations, Demand Management, Forecasting, Pricing, Replenishment
• Technical knowledge and experience in:
  • Opcon Scheduler
  • ETL Processes
  • SQL
  • Blob Management
• AMS experience in:
  • Incident Management, Root Cause Analysis, User Proximity, Problem Management, Action Plan Follow-up, Escalation
• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the luxury fashion industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
