Responsibilities
  • Capture, understand and analyze client user requirements and objectives
  • Project manage resources and delivery of business implementation successfully
  • Help project team with the design and development tasks including the integration of other systems
  • Deliver and install technology solutions
  • Manage all documentation (including technical, functional specifications, backlogs, user manuals, project support documents)
  • Conduct training on implemented solution
  • Foster partnership with customers, stakeholders, sponsors and 3rd party (outsourced team, software vendors)
  • Coordinate releases and post Go-Live materials (e.g. training documentation, training sessions)
  • Drive the support and maintenance of the application; at least organize the handover of his project to the support team
  • Continually improve knowledge and expertise on Salesforce.com solutions

Profile
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent diploma
  • Good tertiary qualifications in Management or Engineering with a strong IT affinity/background
  • At least 5-8 years of relevant working experience as Project Manager
  • Project Management and Team management experience
  • Experience to work projects or accounts from a public sector (Government or Public Corporation)
  • Project Management certifications (Prince, PMI...) are good to have
  • Scrum PSPO or PSM certification is an advantage
  • Experience in working in complex environment and with distributed team
  • Very good communication skills with customers, team and stakeholders
  • Independent, creative and reliable
  • Focused and detail-oriented
  • Able to work both in a fast-paced and demanding environment
  • Customer focus mindset
  • Salesforce certifications or hands-on experience is not required but will be a plus
  • Travel and overseas posting for mid-to-long term to be expected
